1. We’re Located Just a 5-Minute Walk From Zion

There are plenty of Zion lodging options located throughout Springdale and beyond. But if you’re planning to visit the park in the summer, fall, or around a holiday, staying too far from the park is a big mistake.
For most of the year, the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, where most of the park’s most popular overlooks, trails, and attractions are located, is closed to personal vehicles. During this time, the only way to get into the Lower Canyon is on a shuttle bus.
While the Zion Canyon Shuttle is free to ride, finding parking for the shuttle can be a challenge. Parking in the entrance to the park and elsewhere in Springdale is very limited.
