Located in nearby Mt. Carmel, Utah
(on your way to Bryce Canyon National Park):
The Thunderbird Foundation for the Arts is dedicated to preserving the spirit,
legacy and artwork of Maynard Dixon, noted Southwest artist (1875 – 1946).
They have restored and maintain his home, studio, and gallery as a Living History Museum.
Docent tours are available from 10 am to 5 pm. Please phone ahead to book your tour.
