48 hours prior to arrival, a one night Deposit will be Charged.

Cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior at no charge.

We recommend Travel Insurance to guard against unforeseen last-minute changes.

Parking for Oversized Vehicles, RV’s, Motor Homes or Towed Vehicles is Not Available onsite.

Five or more Rooms require Group Lodging Contract (even if reservations are booked individually).

Reservation Policy

Flanigan’s Inn requires a valid Credit Card number to guarantee your reservation.
48 hours prior to arrival, a Deposit will be charged for the full amount of the first night’s stay.
The Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rates displayed apply for one or two persons.
Extra guest, or rollaway bed, is an additional $10 per night.
Children 5 or under, or crib, no charge.

Early Departure Policy

Departure prior to check-out date will be charged for the
Last 48 hours of the reserved stay.

Cancellation Policy 48 Hours

Cancellation may be made up to 48 hours at no charge.
Please retain the cancellation number for your records.
Failure to cancel by that time will result in forfeiture of deposit and
may incur additional charges for the unpaid balance of the First 48 hours of the booking.

Flanigan’s is a Non-Smoking Property.

Smoking is not permitted in Rooms, on Room Decks or Patios, or outside on the Grounds, Pool or Hot Tub area.
A shaded, grassy Smoking Area is provided near the Reception building.

Service Animals are permitted, but may not be left unattended in guest rooms or vehicles at Flanigan’s Resort.

Pets, including Emotional Support (ESA) animals, are not permitted at Flanigan’s Resort.

Bicycle Storage or cooking is not permitted in Guest Rooms.

A minimum $1,000.00 cleaning/damages fee will be charged for violation of these policies
