Reservation Policy
Flaniganās Resort requires a valid Credit Card number to guarantee your reservation.
48 hours prior to arrival, a Deposit will be charged for the full amount of the first nightās stay.
The Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rates displayed apply for one or two persons.
Extra guest, or rollaway bed, is an additional $10 per night.
Family Policy – Children under 5 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult.
Early Departure Policy
Last 48 hours of the reserved stay.
Cancellation Policy 48 Hours
Please retain the cancellation number for your records.
Failure to cancel by that time will result in forfeiture of deposit and
may incur additional charges for the unpaid balance of the First 48 hours of the booking.

Flaniganās is a Non-Smoking Property.
A shaded, grassy Smoking Area is provided near the Reception building.
Service Animals are permitted, but may not be left unattended in guest rooms or vehicles at Flaniganās Resort.
Pets, including Emotional Support (ESA) animals, are not permitted at Flaniganās Resort.
Bicycle Storage or cooking is not permitted in Guest Rooms.
A minimum $1,000.00 cleaning/damages fee will be charged for violation of these policies
