Morning Vinyasa Yoga

Start your week with an energizing Morning Vinyasa Yoga class. Designed to connect breath with fluid movement, this practice offers a sequence of asanas (postures) that support increased mobility, reduce inflammation, and foster ease in the body — especially after long hikes, cycling adventures, or outdoor activities. Flow through a dynamic series tailored to open and strengthen the body while cultivating mindfulness and resilience for the day ahead. All levels are welcome.

Medicine drum ceremony

Embrace the healing vibrations of rawhide medicine drums. Be guided to intuitively find emotional blockages within your physical and energetic body and allow the drums’ healing vibration to help you release those blocks and emotions. This is a powerful ancient healing modality.

Morning Vinyasa Yoga

End your week with the same revitalizing Morning Vinyasa Yoga flow. Just like Monday’s class, this session focuses on breath-centered sequences that enhance flexibility, improve recovery, and bring balance back to the body and mind. Whether you’re recovering from an active week or preparing for a weekend of exploration, this class offers the perfect blend of strength, stretch, and stillness. All levels welcome.

Slow-flow yoga and sound

Join us for a gentle yoga class designed to stretch out and decompress your body from all your adventures in Zion. This class may include some breathing techniques (pranayama), mudras (hand positions designed to encourage and channel energy flow), and a crystal bowl sound bath.

Journey Within

Join us for a guided labyrinth meditation walk. This experience begins with a cleaning sage smudging and ends with an integrative crystal bowl sound healing.

Ease into the evening with a gentle, mindful, and meditative yoga practice. This class is beginner-friendly and focuses on slow, intentional movement synchronized with deep breath awareness. As the sun sets behind the cliffs, you’ll be guided through nurturing postures that relax the body and soothe the mind. Class concludes with a restorative sound bath, immersing you in the healing tones of crystal bowls, native flutes and handpan music under the evening sky. A perfect way to unwind and connect with nature.
