Flanigan Resort’s Discover Zion Yoga Retreat

The Discover Zion Yoga Retreat will kick off on March 30, and run through April 2. While you’ll enjoy daily yoga sessions, the retreat features a variety of other outdoor activities as well. During the four-day retreat, guests will have a chance to find their balance, enjoy daily adventures, and connect with other like-minded individuals.

The Itinerary

The Discover Zion Yoga Retreat officially starts at 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, with a Meet and Greet event over a delicious dinner at Spotted Dog, located at Flanigan’s Resort. After dinner, we’ll enjoy a 90-minute yoga and crystal sound bowls session.

Friday features a full itinerary of yoga and adventure. We’ll start at 7 a.m. with a 90-minute Budokon yoga session, followed by a tasty breakfast at Spotted Dog. After breakfast, grab a take-out lunch and take off on your included e-bike rental to head into Zion National Park. An individually curated hiking plan will be provided as well. Return to Flanigan’s Resort for another dinner at Spotted Dog at 5 p.m. End your day of fun with a 90-minute guided meditative walk through our famous hilltop labyrinth.

Saturday morning will begin at 7 a.m. with breakfast at Spotted Dog. Then, you’ll head out for a Red Desert guided canyoneering adventure. Canyoneering is an exciting, challenging sport that involves hiking, rappelling, and scrambling to travel through slot canyons. You’ll experience some of Utah’s hidden treasures on this unforgettable adventure. A take-out lunch will be provided during your trip. After your canyoneering trip, you’ll return to Flanigan’s Resort for some free time. Take advantage of Deep Canyon Spa for an afternoon of pampering, or take a stroll through some of Springdale’s many art galleries. Restaurant recommendations will be provided. We’ll end the final evening of our retreat with a 90-minute evening meditative crystal sound bowls session.

The last morning of the retreat will begin with a 90-minute yoga session at 7 a.m., followed by breakfast at Spotted Dog. Retreat guests will enjoy a 12 p.m. late check-out from Flanigan’s Resort.
